You will be able to call our office and speak with one person who will know everything about your property, tenant, lease, maintenance, statements / accounts, rent reviews etc… You can contact any of our staff 24/7/365. That’s right, any time! We freely give out our mobile phone numbers. Furthermore, to save you the cost of a mobile phone call, ring the office number and you can get straight through to your Property Manager (at our cost)

Maximum 80 Properties for Each Manager
Normally, one Property Manager is expected to look after between 130 and 180 properties. This amount of properties, owners and tenants to care for is a recipe for disaster! No-one, no matter how good they are can continually give clients great service when trying to care for this amount. Our Property Managers care for a MAXIMUM of 80 properties each - The result of this is PREMIUM SERVICE and a lower level of STRESS for our staff and our clients

No Lock in Contracts
Should you decide that you aren’t happy with our service, you can end your management with us at anytime by giving 28 days notice in writing with NO financial penalty. Most other agencies have a Termination Clause whereby the landlord is compelled to pay 50% of the management fees for a year. We’re so confident that we are better than the other guys that we have abolished this clause

We Pay You Twice A Month
Your rent is paid into your bank account TWICE a month. Yes, we pay all of our owners the rent we have received within the fortnight on the 15th and on the last day of the month, guaranteed! This is a real benefit to our owners because they can reduce the amount of interest they pay on their loan by having the funds put directly into the loan account and then just topping up any shortfall at the end of the month

Detailed Inspection Reports Emailed Immediately
Your Routine Inspection Reports are emailed to you on the day the property is inspected. They are professionally typed and include a minimum of 4 colour photographs. We don't just "Tick the Boxes", the reports are detailed and special care is taken to be on the lookout for mistreatment of your property. Our owners love the speed at which we get the reports to them as they can action any issues within the report immediately instead of having to wait until the end of the month

ZERO Tolerance for Rent Arrears !!
We have a ZERO Tolerance for RENT ARREARS! All Tenants are advised this at the lease sign up meeting. Typically, this meeting takes around 60 - 75 minutes. We go through every clause of the lease to ensure they understand what their rights and RESPONSIBILITIES are. We have no hesitation in issuing Breach Notices and/or taking court action to recover unpaid rent for our owners. We simply will not tolerate it, and all our tenants are fully aware of this
