No-Nonsense professional service

I had purchased a new house just prior to Christmas and was facing the very real possibility, that my current residence wouldn’t be tenanted until February/March the following year. Originally it was thought that Benchmark was like any other property management group; however their no-nonsense, honest, friendly and professional approach to property management has resulted in a tenant occupying our property prior to Christmas. Were it not for Benchmark, than the property would have definitely been untenanted over the holiday season; therefore I would strongly recommend utilising Benchmark for all your property management requirements.

We are delighted with the results

We have 8 rental properties that were managed by another agency but were not happy with their service and constant changeover of staff, so we changed to Benchmark Property Management. Since we changed, we are now getting above market rents and the house inspections are very thorough. We would highly recommend Benchmark to anyone interested in very good property managers

WELL DONE TEAM! It's time for me to put pen to paper, as I know how much businesses appreciate feedback...and if ever there is a business that I've been dealing with that deserved praise it is the Team at Best Benchmark Property Management. After a very ordinary experience with a previous Agent, which left my property in a condition that I stated at the time..."was not fit for a pig to live in", and requiring some serious dollars and cleaning work to return it to it's original state, I am so glad I found BBPM to look after my property. Your inspections and reports are extremely thorough and professional, payments are made on time every time, and I now have a total hassle and worry free investment property that I know is being looked after very well.

I've passed on your name anytime I've come across someone with a property through an Agent that shows disappointment in the services they pay for. I also run a business which at times comes across tenants who have moved into houses or apartments that are not even presented in a clean state when they take on their lease. Doesn't say a great deal about the level of some Property Management that is available around town!

Some might say your fees are a tad more than what other Agents charge, but hey, I'd rather pay a reasonable management fee (from a great rental return) and know my property is being professionally managed, and not have to worry about out-of-the blue big dollar amounts needed to refurbish a property that has not been correctly managed, and indeed I never have to give the property a thought. It just all happens for me - how good is that! Well done Team..... you all work as one team, you are great to deal with and your efficiency and professionalism is appreciated. First Class Service

Just a quick note to say thank you for looking after me and my property so well. Since changing management 6 months ago I have finally found someone who has first class service. Who always follows up and is prepared to go above and beyond to get a job done. Thanks to the Benchmark team you have restored our faith in property investing.

12 Managers in 3 Years !!!

In 3 years with another agent, I think I must have had 12 different managers looking after my property. I also had a bunch of keys go missing from them, a hose left in the pool for over a week (800 Dollars of water later!!!). Honestly I do not think I would have still been renting if it was not for your fantastic service.
